Accessibility
Help using the First Search Digital website and requesting information in another format.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Our approach
First Search Digital is operated by FINN DIGITAL MEDIA LTD. We want visitors to be able to find information about our services, read our content and contact us in a way that works for them.
We aim to make the site straightforward to use with a keyboard, screen reader or browser zoom. Accessibility is ongoing work. We have not completed a formal assessment of the whole website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), so this statement does not claim a particular level of compliance.
Help accessing information
If part of the website is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
Please tell us which page or information you need, what you were trying to do and what format or assistance would help. If relevant, you can also tell us which browser or assistive technology you were using. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical information.
We will review the issue and discuss a practical way to provide the information or help you complete the task. If you need a different way to communicate, please email us with your preferred format so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Areas we are reviewing
- Movement and animation: the homepage includes a moving company-logo carousel and animated sections. If these are difficult to use, the portfolio also provides client names in text.
- Project images: some portfolio examples are screenshots which contain text. Their accompanying descriptions may not reproduce all the detail in the image. Contact us for help understanding a particular example.
- Navigation and page content: keyboard use, focus visibility, heading order, link wording, contrast and use at different zoom levels need continuing checks across the site.
- External websites: client websites and other third-party resources linked from this site have their own designs and accessibility arrangements.
Using your browser
You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page. Links and the expandable questions on our Working Together & FAQs page can be reached with a keyboard. If a control cannot be reached or used, please let us know where the problem occurs.
