Free tools for everyday digital work

Small, practical tools I have built to make useful jobs quicker.

I build tools around the jobs I do for clients: collecting links, reviewing search results, checking business details and exploring page structure. Run a Website Audit, or use the Website & SEO Health Check and Website Launch Checklist in your browser, or explore the free Chrome extensions available as ZIP downloads with installation instructions and privacy details. You can also explore SiteGraph, my WordPress toolkit currently in private preview.

Website Audit

Free automated audit · Up to 10 pages and 40 internal destinations · No sign-up

Find detectable technical problems and see what to fix first. Enter your website address to check a sample of public pages for broken internal links, missing or repeated titles and descriptions, basic accessibility issues and other technical signals.

  • Prioritised findings with affected pages, evidence and suggested fixes.
  • Download a CSV, save the full report or print your results.
  • Check HTML response times and run a separate Google PageSpeed test where available.

A limited technical sample. Human checks are still needed for accessibility, security and the customer journey.

Enquiry & quote follow-up pack

Make enquiry replies and quotes clearer, agree useful follow-ups and keep track of what happens next. Includes seven message templates, a blank enquiry tracker and a one-page customer confidence action sheet.

  • Review search results in one scrollable list.

Check the business details customers rely on. Review phone numbers, email links and address candidates across your website, with evidence behind problems and possible inconsistencies.

  • Compare displayed contact details with their link destinations.
  • Check up to 25, 50 or 100 linked public pages.
  • Find broken internal page links and export findings as CSV.

Requests access to the website you select. Review items may be legitimate differences; coverage and limits are shown in the report.

HeadingSweep

Free Chrome extension · Version 1.0.1 · Desktop Chrome 116+

Explore your page’s heading structure and check its links from Chrome’s side panel. Keep the website in view while you jump to headings and highlight working, broken or unverified links.

  • Search, collapse and copy the heading outline.
  • Check up to 100, 300 or 500 unique web URLs from a page.
  • Locate links on the page, filter results and export CSV.

Link checks request destination access when you start them. Blocked or timed-out links remain unverified; heading prompts need review.

PageSweep

Free Chrome extension · Version 1.1.0 · Desktop Chrome 116+

Check titles, descriptions, indexing instructions, canonicals, headings, images and links, with plain-English explanations beside your webpage.

  • Search, expand and copy a live heading outline.
  • Run optional broken-link checks with on-page colours and a CSV export.
  • Locate relevant elements, copy the audit or save an HTML report.

The audit and live updates run locally. Optional link and server-header checks request website access. Findings are not a ranking score or a full site audit.
